    they pay very well. i like this company very much because they have a wide range of job opportunities with great pay.

    i feel like a robot working at this place because it is such a large company. less opportunity to be someone important to the company.

    Pros

    Consistently good work atmosphere, with ample opportunity to go after different problems presented. Training is very well developed, and salary is a reflection of contribution to the company. Management pays attention to your performance and initiative, and there isn't a backstabbing atmosphere. Never felt like I was just a cog in the machine, although if that's your thing you can be one.

    Cons

    Process engineering can be hit or miss with people. You either can learn to overcome problems with other people or you'll bang your head into the wall if you have a rambo mentality

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase the number of people that get rated 1 and 3, and give stronger hints to the employees that get either. While I was there I felt some new hires were just cruising and didn't really have any goal since getting a job was their 'end goal' already.
