    Pros

Great team atmosphere with a lot of friendly employees. Great work/life balance. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family alike.

    Cons

Very bureaucratic & political when it comes to ratings and how to get promoted. If you know how to play the game of a big company it isn't a problem.
