Pros

People are amazing here and extremely helpful. As an intern you are given meaningful projects that really carry significant business impact and all of the company resources are at your disposal. You recieve the same level of respect as everyone else at the company. Proctor and gamble is quite hospitable as well and makes sure you are taken care of when it comes to business travel and expenses as well as relocation.

Cons

Caferia food could use more variety.

Advice to Management

Keep it up.

    Pros

solid pay after a few years of experience, flexible schedules offered when appropriate, lots of training opportunities

    Cons

many initiatives can feel slow moving with too much emphasis non-value added activities. employees in some functions have less influence on their next role than previously

    Advice to Management

rethink the reward structure to be less reliant on stock and less distanced from daily influence
