Procter and Gamble line technician

Line Tech (Current Employee) Cape Girardeau, MO

ProsGreat testing, interview, and orientation process. Wonderful benefits and training. Nice pay, great equipment and technology. Love the high-tech equipment and always advancing engineering. Also enjoyable system of ownership.

ConsOffice people that don't understand the floor. Mandatory swing shifts make you always tired and hard to get used to.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake office people start on the floor and be more understanding of the working environment and culture they have instilled in the line technicians.
