Procter & Gamble Employee Review

I worked at Procter & Gamble as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Great people, great attitudes, good work/life balance

Cons – The culture is great but its all consuming, it i sometimes hard to implement things your own way

Advice to Senior Management – Have a more organized HR system and be one the same page as others answering questions when hiring students

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
