I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Excellent benefits, educational opportunities, family-friendly policies, attention to diversity, integrity

Cons

Can be overly bureacratic; has difficulty pushing decision making down into the ranks

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Decision authority is still an issue. Too much willingness to allow micromanaging of projects, resulting in rework and higher costs. How many jobs might be saved if internal processes were more efficient?

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO
