    The competition here can be sometimes intense as they expect the best performance from every employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The best thing about working here is having chances to make own decisions (at authorised level), able to provide idea to upper manager. Upper management would have to be open-minded and trust their subordinate.
