    Cons

Sometimes the system takes over people. Should be ALL the times - PEOPLE lead SYSTEMS.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

try not to promise something you know from the start it's not achievable. Accept reality and make plans for sorting it out, rather than hiding behind the bushes.

I worked at Procter & Gamble as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

You are responsible for your own project
you have a mentor who helps you get settled and with advices during your work
you have to present and get feedback about your work to top local management
after a successful internship you get a job offer

    Cons

the program is quite a stress test
you might feel lost at the beginning
but after you got used to the idea, that you are responsible for your project and find the people in the company who can help you with information and insight it will be fun

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
