I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time

Pros

If you look for stability, job security and the brand name of being a "Proctoid", then P&G is the company for you

Cons

If you look for a fast track career path, look somewhere else...

I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

P&G hires you for a career, not a position. There are good career opportunities. Strong career development program, with good trainings. Lot of exposure to senior management. Very good work environment.

    Cons

FMCG is not for everyone (definitely not for me). P&G is supposed to be an innovative company and I guess it is to a certain extent within the context of FMCG but I found it a bit boring and slow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sometimes too slow because of too many layers of management, I believe P&G would be more agile if management cut some layers and decision making was overall less political and more analysis driven.
