Current Employee - Plant Technician in Avenel, NJ

I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Average pay for working in a chemical plant.

    Cons

Salary should be hire for chemical plant. No personal days (only 5 sick days). Management lets and helps employee's get into others personal issues. Decides all issues without asking for feedback.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop leting managers fill your reports with BS. Come down without notice and talk to each and every employee of the plant without backlash.
