    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Great learning, particularly if you are fresh out of university - Ability to own/lead projects from day 1 - Great people - a bunch of very smart, motivated and fun young people - Promote from within

    Cons

    - The internal motivation system based on fast career progression is currently failing as the company is stopping to promote people - Decision process can be lengthy and it does not always lead to the right decisions on the business

    Advice to Management

The Company needs to work out the Employee Value Proposition (what makes the employees stay and be excited about working for P&G). Currently the Company neither pays better nor offers a fast career. This may be a trouble to keep the good people.
