I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time

Pros

Company offers many opportunities to network, and for the most part it is easy to meet with upper management in your area. Also they offer good benefits.

Cons

If you are not a former intern, the chance to move to management roles is significantly lower. For example, if you are a co-op or working in a FT admin role, the ability to move up to a management role is extremely difficult

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The discrepancy between co-ops and interns in regards to salary and potential career advancement are enormous.. work on evening the field a bit
