Pros

Investment in you so you develop as a professional is excellent.
Great working environment.
High calibre people to learn from.
Excellent infrastructure

Cons

Negotiate a reasonable starting salary as raises are not phenomenal.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't lose sight of the softer benefits that retain staff. A high turn over is damaging and unsettling in the long term. Keep investing in your people's capabilities.

    Pros

Great people, generally exceptionally talented, and creative, strong problem solvers with an excellent attitude, an impressive bunch of people who generally will go far

    Cons

It s a highly competitive environment, so much so that the business objectives are often obscured by personal ambition, which can lead to frustration. In addition t hey have such a strong sense of their own history, that they are unable to be experimental in any meaningful way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow greater room for mistakes - experimentation needs to accept and learn from failures - that way greater success can be achieved

    Pros

Great company culture with a global presence

    Cons

The expectation is to put in extra effort and work a lot of hours to suceed (which was ok for me), however some people who expected to work only 9-5 found that they were in the wrong element.
