Approves of CEO

I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Investment in you so you develop as a professional is excellent. Great working environment. High calibre people to learn from. Excellent infrastructure

Cons

Negotiate a reasonable starting salary as raises are not phenomenal.

Advice to Management

Don't lose sight of the softer benefits that retain staff. A high turn over is damaging and unsettling in the long term. Keep investing in your people's capabilities.
