Pros

Everyone treats each other as equals. It does not matter whether you're an intern or a director - everyone gets the same amount of respect and the same sense of urgency.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Advice to Management

You have the best internship program in the Philippines!

    Slow is the main reason

    Advice to Management

Delegate decision making for small stuff ($10,000 decision spend on a $100M business should be able to handled by a senior brand manager, not a GM)

    Pros

supportive, helps you grow, eager to give out responsibilities, i would definitely recommend the company to recent graduates just out of school.

    Cons

bureaucratic environment, much is expected of you in a short space of time. There is too much focus on manufacturing and marketing.
