Pros

The employee profit sharing program and benefits are excellent.

Cons

Work life balance depends on every individuals preference. Culturally management pushes for a better balance, but when it comes down to it you are expected to work a min 10-12hr days in order to progress your career.

Continue to work to establish better work life balance and continue to drive innovation.

    Focus more on your employees that report to you. Not as much on how fast you can move on to the next role and your band roles and moving up the ladder.
