Pros

Incredible work experience. Very challenging, but you have the support of your managers from day 1. Good opportunities after the internship if you do your job well. The chance of going to incredible beaches and cities on weekends.

Cons

P&G still lacks some agility in the execution of its plans. People who like faster processes may not like that. Some people may not like the country. It's a developing country so there may be things that don't work as you expect.

    Pros

Opportunity exists for personnel development with role changes that can be cross-functional as well as across countries. Employee training & development is given high consideration. Also, pay is quite good.

    Cons

Senior management expectation on performance can be demanding. Multiple-reporting lines in some roles can be tasking and negatively affect individual performance.
