professional and nice people. You can learn the most fundamental business skills. Broad opportunities for different types of assignments.

Cons

Work life balance is not ideal. Typical working hour from 10 am - 7:30 pm with some global night calls.

    Extremely competitive rating and performance evaluation.
    Forced ratings of employees into pre-defined rigid quota.
    Unethical behavior of high-ranking leader which was not sanctioned (instead this person was promoted)
    Complex structures, too many people involved in decision taking, slowing things down
