I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great company to work for, values are real and not just smth that exists on paper only

Cons

Career progression is an issue - in some functions one have to wait for an opening for years

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Perhaps it is time to reevaluate 'promotion from within' policy?

    Oportunity to grow up and a lot of trainings for all.

    Cons

    Slow salary increase, is better not for expect a big salary increase if you prove ypur capability in time.

    I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Flexibility, challenges, work environments, salaries, benefits, possibility to experience various assignments, large category portfolio, diversity... This is a great company to start your career after graduation.

    Cons

    Not enough R&D/risk taking to develop and launch sustainable products, lack of international mobility, promote from within policy is not always relevant to ensure to have the best employees possible and also get some new ideas from outside.
