I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Wonderful training ground for fresh grads. They provide resources needed to do your job.

    Cons

Breadth of career is kinda limited. For example, if you're in IT it would be very difficult to move to Marketing or get a feel of Finance. These broadening assignments are typically limited to just a few.

    Advice to Management

Be more understanding and open to Gen Y desires.

I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexibility, challenges, work environments, salaries, benefits, possibility to experience various assignments, large category portfolio, diversity... This is a great company to start your career after graduation.

    Cons

Not enough R&D/risk taking to develop and launch sustainable products, lack of international mobility, promote from within policy is not always relevant to ensure to have the best employees possible and also get some new ideas from outside.
