Slow to take action and decisions, management always need more data and they do not embrace new ideas so quickly...

    I have been working at Procter & Gamble as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    good working interment and a pleasant atmosphere ,direct management at low level is verry well govovernt

    Cons

    Takes a long time to get past the interview stage and they do to much work with temporary employees and then they loss a lot of knowledge that the gain , retraining of new temporary working costs a lot of time for low benefits

    cut down on temporary workers and get more fix contract workers in to avoid time an resources lost
