I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Huge challenges in every single day which is great, extremely dynamic environment, One of the best companies for people to learn and grow, great access to knowledge and information. the concept of assignments and rotation is very good in keeping your performance at your peak and it leaves no room for performance saturation.

    Cons

The very solid processes well established in the company can sometimes turn a bit beurocratic

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Simplify the decision making process in the company, promote innovation and kick off simplification in every job and process, also listen to the younger generations in the company, they have a lot to say.
