    I worked at Procter & Gamble as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

    Compensation and benefits are not bad
    Work is easy and can achieve good work life balance

    Cons

    Horrible management, no regulations really work here.
    People only care about his/her own priorities and irresponsible about everything else.
    Bad business performance these years and not seem to recover. (In China at least)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make regulations work and make people more responsible and caring.
    Give up all those stupid ideas.You do need to really understand your consumers instead of thinking that you understand them but actually not.

    I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    the best learning experience for fresh grads, and a gem on your resume if you'll apply other work after, make the most of your training

    Cons

    not fulfulling to those new hires who would expect more growth in the production operations
    the work is so monotonous and very routinary. no learning after 6 months of work

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    dont hire engineers if you just want to let them work do contractor's work
    it's an insult.
