    Pros

If you like overtime this is the place for you. They pay employees pretty well.

    Cons

They have some inexperienced managers that make arbitrary or ill-informed decisions. They have a policy not to work any over 60 hours a week, but some employees are forced to work 80 hours a week.

    Advice to Management

    Move to one Union contract.

    Pros

Countless number of people, cross divisions, who are more than willing to help you succeed and mentor you throughout your experience. Very transparent feedback at midpoint presentation and at final presentation. The full-time offer is yours to lose - they set you up very well to get the job is you want it.

    Cons

Difficult to keep up with learning the business, understanding the responsibilities and completing projects in short 12 week internship

    Advice to Management

Keep up the complete transparency. Makes it really easy to learn
