Overall great company with a couple of opportunity areas

Pros- Good benefits
- Good salary
- Lots of training and development opportunities
- Good job mobility

Cons- Lots of bureaucracy
- Slow speed to market due to over-validation of data
- Cincinnati isn't the most exciting place to live

    Good enough?

    Good training, terrible politics
