    Pros

Good pay; flexible hours;no advanced for degreed employees.

    Cons

The manufacturing plants are located in areas where the management all have high school educations. They are intimidated by people with college degrees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you feel threatened by college educated people, then don't hire them. The plant manager and plant staff need to understand the benefit of having people with new ideas and suggestions.
