I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time

Pros

Clean, good pay for work

Cons

The overtime is very heavy at times, and is forced and generally that is around holidays and during the summer. My work days are twelve and half hours long, and I work every other weekend. Do not feel valued.

Advice to Management

Instead of telling employees how great the company is that they work for make them feel it.

    I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time

    Pros

Tons of training, they definitely invest in your learning and growth, there is a sense of pride in how tough it is to get a job at P&G that they will instill in you.

    Cons

Huge amount of internal politics that mean if you want to get ahead and promoted you'll have be a big butt kisser. I get the sense that managers fail upwards, that they are the ones that are able to navigate the internal politics, rather than be the best at their job.

I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Excellent retirement benefits, child care on site.

    Cons

50% of the job is politics

    Advice to Management

Try being a decent manager vs. thinking of a way to get promoted to the next level.
