Large company with much to offer. Headquarters in a city that is good to raise a family. Compensation is great and there are opportunities to take on a variety of challenging roles

Cons

Management leadership is not consistent. Success depends largely if management is committed to seeing you succeed. Management often is more conserned with their career path and not those that work for them.

Advice to Senior Management

Leadership training on how to effectively manage employees. Make it easier for an employee to move from one function to another (ie. marketing to finance)
