    Pros

Overall, P&G is a great place to work with lots of opportunity. P&G stretches you and maximizes your potential as a manager.

    Cons

If you don't like a lot of systems, structure, and process (e.g. you have to follow this format), then this may not be the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Working for a large company has its pros and cons. The pros are that there is a lot of opportunity for growth. The main con is that often you try to fit a system and or a process to fit all areas of the company globally, but often times you will lose flexibility in the system and or process.
