    Pros

    The pay compared to other Fortune 50 companies is very competitive. There is also opportunity to change careers inside the company which is definitely a plus.

    Cons

    I do not necessarily have any cons of working with P&G. One tiny con depending on the person would be locations since there are very limited sites in the South.
