Company is very hierarchical, slow in decision making and it works in your favor base don who you know and not what you know.

    Pros

    Great salary, a lot of paid time off for holidays, good benefits package, great company to work for

    Cons

    Terrible hours, mandatory 3 shift weekly rotation, no room for advancement, no positions available with a steady shift, forced overtime

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of 3rd shift!
