Pros – Great for a fresh graduate
Very good reputation - looks great in your CV

Cons – Almost all initiatives given from the center, no opportunity to be creative just to execute
Some people are really pushy and they are those who get promoted
Very multinational company culture = brainwashing from the first moment
Good washing powder company but poor focus on other products
Trainings consume a lot of time without any bigger value added

Advice to Senior Management – Take more care of who you promote
