Marketing Manager (Former Employee)
Cincinnati, OH

I worked at Procter & Gamble

ProsGood people and a decent pay. Fun to work in consumer goods. Everyone gets to see your products, its easy to explain what you do. Benefits are best of all my friends Get good stuff in the store for very little work. Co-workers are generally very competent.

ConsLong hours make personal life tough. I find myself working from home a lot.
I also have to travel quite a bit between all the buildings in the area with no compensation. The other benefits are very good but gas is going up quickly. Some of the managers are very beauracratic and sometimes get lost looking high level.

Advice to Senior ManagementRecognize hard work in a more appropriate way, even if just verbally.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
