Great job if you are young and do not want to receive any benefits from you company

Team Lead (Current Employee) Cincinnati, OH

ProsThe hours are flexible. There is no issue if you need to take time off. The research division is doing amazing things.

Consmost of your peers are not intelligent. there are no benefits aside from your paycheck. there is a horrible divide between full time employees and contract employees. No one in management really seems to know or care about what is going on. Any time a situation arises the answer is usually "dont complain you are lucky to have a job".

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more involved. P&G is throwing away millions of dollars in research because upper management has no idea about what is going on in their laboratories.
