Cons

Not much is offered in terms of hours, opportunities or monetary compensation. Communication is abysmal. There is an attitude that outside contractors are annoying the "real employees" but what they forget is if we do not do our job well, they don't get paid ether. The have pushed back pay periods another couple of weeks, so don't expect to get your first check until 3 or 4 weeks after you work for them!

Advice to Senior Management

More communication needs to take place and employees need to work with outside contractors in a much more professional manner.
