I have been working at Professional Educational Services Group as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, that's about it.

    Cons

Most jobs are at minimum wage. As long as you show up with a payment, you have a job. They don't care about turnover, because people are unemployed and desperate. Can't reach your employer via phone without a 30 minute wait. No calls back regarding payment and employment issues. Ignores requests. Only white people make employee of the month/featured employee. No room for advancement.

I worked at Professional Educational Services Group

    Pros

There were several very nice people that worked there, and you stay very busy- which makes the hours pass by quickly.

    Cons

Upper management did not treat the employees well at all, and they were horribly disorganized and had constant issues. The rate of pay was nowhere near sufficient to the level of work that was done. Not an employee friendly company at all. There were several times where I was very uncomfortable, as the upper management would openly talk about religion and politics (very extreme right wing Christians), and would say very offensive things about other peoples beliefs. VERY high turnover rate.
