Chronic understaffing. Work load is such that employees constantly have to cut corners. No time is allowed for professional development. At times employees cannot take advantage of perks like extra time off due to workload.

Advice to Senior Management

Evaluate the staffing level and the workload. Pick important projects and let unprofitable ones go. Don't try to complete so many projects at once. Define your core business and stick to it.
