I worked at Professional Power Products

Pros

Weekly pay checks every Friday, somewhat decent healthcare/dental plan, 401k plan is decent with the company match, and some employees are helpful.

Cons

Since this is a family owned business, most of the family members are guaranteed a job with a key position within a company (manager position), lack of organization as a engineering "company", no training procedures given at all... once you start the job, bring a life jacket because you are set to drown at this place, salaried people expected to work long 50 hour work weeks, quality control is not good...end result of losing big clients with big jobs, communication with other staff is poor, I never worked for a company with low morale...this company takes the cake.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some key management personnel don't have proper training to do their jobs, listen to your employees to know how to keep the momentum going in group, offer decent pay and incentives for employees. Improve quality control. Good products to customers = happy satisfied customers, more work coming in future.
