this compnay is not bad to work. But do some resaearch before accepting an offer. Anyway, its a consulting company. If hourly rate is good, i would sugget you to go for it.

Cons

This is a consulting company. They will try to convince you to offer the minimum hourly rate. They change their minds even after promise hourly rate.

Advice to Senior Management

You should provide hourly rate based on quality of the consultant in order to keep him/her working with you. good luck.
