I have been working at ProfitLine
Pros – For first years of employment the founder was really treating everyone as part of the family as he said company was created to meet his family needs. That was very motivating. He searched for way to improve company and motivate people.
Cons – There is a management who should no longer be there because instead of motivating works opposite way around and has negative impact.
Advice to Senior Management – Employees are important part and have to be treated with respect. Good Manager is the one who no matter busy schedule and demand always has time for his employees and menages to motivate them.
