I like working at Progressive but their benefits could be better.

Current Employee – been working at Progressive Insurance

ProsI think the paid is fair for a customer service representative but it could be better. We have the ability to work a flexible schedules and they do offer some overtime. Management do keep you inform of changes within the company.

ConsThe company only offers 6 holidays paid per year and I'm required to work 2 of them. Increases could be better afteri completing their training, one gets a 2 percent increase. In addition, I was promoted to a senior customer service representative again, I received a 2 percent increase.

Advice to Senior ManagementCustomer service reps are rated on how many people do take our survey, after you help them with their policies. The survey is not automated and one is required to ask every customer to participate but if customers do not take the survey, it counts against you. Management knows that employees are asking for this survey to be more random or use a different system but no changes have made a this time.
