Business Analyst II (Current Employee) Cleveland, OH

ProsLaid back atmosphere. Freedom of work schedule. Friendly folks. Low risk.

ConsLow-end salary compensation. Low risk low reward atmosphere. For analysts, the dollars paid out per IQ point is unsatisfactory. Overall, an introverted company. Hard to move within the company from insurance side to corporate side. Cube farm.

Advice to Senior ManagementNice, democratic and friendly. Keep analyst's salaries competitive. A large chunk of undergrads are receiving entry level salaries higher than your analyst II's.
