Pros

Great benefits and perks including stock options, 401k, paid time off and annual bonuses. Amazing industry training and continued learning opportunities. Ability to grow if willing to move, often with sign-on bonuses and incentives for making those moves with often 1-2 year commitments only. Discount programs, clothing allowances, and corporate sponsored meals and events. Jean Fridays.

Cons

Need to be willing to move to advance in most areas, management is often tenured and earned by tenure rather than qualifications. Small offices may eliminate opportunities for growth both locally and in opportunities.

Advice to Management

When hiring and promoting look at qualifications, not just tenure. Have seen too many positions decided based on office politics rather than results- although not unique to Progressive.

    Pros

Good gig. Pay is good, job is good. Can't really complain

    Cons

It's very very large. It's like being an ant in an ant farm sometimes. There are many groups and many layers of management.

    Pros

10+ years of supervisorial experience in Call Center environment with years of leadership training.

    Cons

Like to build knowledge of systems/performance data that requires me to set calendar check in to assure objectives completed timely.

    Advice to Management

Important to assure each team member is aware what is expected, that they are a valued asset, and all tools and coaching will be proved for them to succeed.
