    Pros

    Very Strong Enablement Team to Learn New IBM Integration Technology and can take certifications for free of cost.As IBM partner compan,we will get good raport with TopLevel IBM consultants.

    Cons

    Policies may change at any time with out notice.Lot of travel is required.Bonus plans are not at all good.Person centric.

    Policies need to be streamlined with the notice of all the employees.

    I have been working at Prolifics full-time

    Pros

    Consultants on the bench have the ability to learn new products and expand their tech skills.
    Management is pretty understanding of personal circumstances.
    HR responds quickly to issues.

    Cons

    Not very team oriented with the Lines of Business not utilizing internal resources well.
    Poor execution of new business strategies to increase revenue.
    Senior management wants to play with the big boys, but doesn't have a clear vision on how to get there.
    Pay lip service to hiring and retaining the best, but little evidence of that with pay, benefits, and job satisfaction.
    Poor communication between sales and technical teams.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Break down the LoB structure and truly form a team in the company.
    Smarter execution on business strategies.
    Better team work and communication is needed all the way around.
