I worked at Prolift Industrial Equipment full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Prolift was great at working with it's employees with flex time. If something came up you could work over to make up your time or take vacation/personal time. Management was not always standing over you. Do your job and life was good, if you had performance issues they would work with you to try and straighten is out (training).
Cons – They always said they like to promote from within, but if you are real good at your current position it seems like they try to hold you back
Advice to Senior Management – Prolift has created a great place to work. My only issue would be that employee complaints/concerns be checked out and addressed in a more precise manner. More of the individual specific approach to resolving issues instead of the broad stroke approach.
