Pros – Friendly atmosphere
Perks (exercise facilities in every building, newly-built Zen Center (Turkish Bath and whirlpool))
Cons – Pay, you are not rewarded by your productivity, rather you are rewarded by whom you know.
Advice to Senior Management – Change is too slow
