Pros – The people!
Management always on top of the changing market and they respond accordingly.
Supportive staff and management.
Great training.
Work hard, Play hard and reap the rewards.
Pride in achievement and appropriate recognition.

Cons – The ups and downs of recruiting are difficult to deal with but they come with the territory.
Dealing with people is also tough sometimes and again part of this industry.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the great job in creating a great place to achieve goals and grow.
