Pros

Boosting sales by adding many new national accounts.

Cons

Management does not prioritize with properly installing alarm equipment. Company so focused about answering calls in central station that many calls go unsolved or the rep that answers the call has very little to no training on the equipment. Many Field techs are also poorly trained on the equipment that many times they show up for service and that is their first time they even seen the alarm panel let alone worked on it. Management tends to ignore employees ideas and how to correct issues.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees. Especially employees who have work on certain accounts, businesses for years. Was the customer happy before new management took over or after. I believe most employees who work for this company before new management took over will tell you that many of the existing customers on many accounts were happy with this company customer service prior to new management.

    Benefits are good. Pay is better than fair.

    Cons

    Good ole boys buddy system. Everyone is out to make themselves look good by throwing anyone else under the bus they can. Poorly managed. Don't value good employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Managers should all be required to have a degree in management, not just a four year degree in any capacity.
