    Pros

    This is a company that is based on people, and the senior leadership managers are some of the best in the industry. It was a good place to work, where people tried to do the "right thing" whenever possible

    Cons

    Always on a shoestring budget, it was a good place to work if you could handle not having a lot of resources.
