    I worked at Provenir

    Pros

    Nice travel perks. Opportunity to learn Niche technology. Client access and hands on project for fairly lengthy time. Optimum pay especially when starting out. Some opportunity to shine.

    Cons

    There can be frequent employee turnover. Work can be unevenly distributed among employees. The nature of the work can be a drag sometimes. Need to put more excitement and invest in employee benefits and development.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More hands on towards some of the projects they lead. Better process management system. More support form senior people towards junior employee development. Better process for employee evaluation and compensation.
