Providence has great benefits. Tghere is lot of personal satisfaction from being part of an organiozation that provides much needed haelth care to people from all walks of life. One is able to make life long friendships with a number of people.

Cons

There is lack of appreciation or recognition for the individual. There is a lot of differences in the way staff are treated vs the perks available to management.

Advice to Senior Management

Please catch yup with the times. As a non profit, you do not have share holders to hold you accoutable, so pelase hold you self accountable to high standards.
