Great pay, great mission; truly lived by, works for the patients.

Cons

Cliques, no room for growth; young supervisors, gossip, some discrimination.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please remember that employees are patients also.

    Good pay for the job you have

    Upper management has no idea what lower management is telling people to do but you as the employee end up responsible for following directions that were incorrect

    Pros

    Good health and retirement benefits, core values, lots of educational opportunities. The company is highly profitable and always strives to be ahead in new technologies.

    Cons

    Information systems has lots of political unbalance. Structural changes are continual and very unpredictable, making the environment highly stressful. However, clinical and administrative departments seem to be managed better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stabalize information systems by hiring quality mangement (starting at the top).
